Less Than Perfect - June 15, 2008 AM

This side of Heaven we live with reality, no one's perfect. Knowing that and adjusting to that are different. We receive grace from God when we admit we are not perfect (sinners). However, giving grace is not the same as receiving it. We may bask in the joy of being grace receivers and still withhold giving grace to people around us. David learned to give grace. The words that David spoke at Saul's and Jonathan's funeral show a heart after God that gives what it receives. Today we face the challenge of being grace givers in our relationships... because this side of heaven no one is perfect.
