Family Resemblance

1 John 3:1-10. Just as we resemble our earthly parents, there is a family resemblance within the family of God. As we approach the communion table tonight, we are encouraged to celebrate the lavish love of God who has adopted us into his family and we are challenged to purify ourselves knowing that righteousness is our family resemblance.
