God is Love

Sometimes we have a wrong view of God's character, exaggerating his justice or his mercy for example. John teaches us that a true picture of God's essence is that God is love. Love is not just one character point in God, it is the core of who he is, influencing all that he does. This morning we will be challenged to better appreciate God's love so that we can make his love complete in our love for others.
