Patience

I remember my mother having a fridge magnet with the slogan "Be patient, God isn't finished with me yet." I can remember the smiley caterpillar that was still waiting to be a butterfly. What is true for caterpillars is also true for us. In our fast paced culture, we expect to see instant results; however, like all relationships, our relationship with God, develops over time. We must be patient with God, ourselves and with others.
