For the Spirit filled Christian, peace keeping is a sign of the Spirit‟s control and spiritual maturity in their lives. Truth can create conflict. So can attitude, words, challenge, contention and a host of other values, conditions, approaches and choices. So how can we, on the side of truth also be on the side of peace? Can we be sweet, kind, considerate, and also truthful, honest, and committed to righteousness? Why is it that those who are most assertive for truth are often the least attractive towards it? Proverbs holds answers, solutions, actions and means to becoming a peace keeper on the side of righteousness. Today, Pastor Marttunen concludes our morning series on Proverbs titled, „Get Smart‟.
