While not all of us are actively parenting young children, we are all being actively parented by God. As we consider God’s wisdom in parenting, it will give us insight in how we should respond to our heavenly father. Yet too often we resist God's guidance and flee from the pain of discipline. As we consider how God instructs us and disciplines us, we realize that we need to be wise children who respond to our heavenly father.
