Light illuminates. By nature it dispels darkness. Darkness is not the opposite of light, it is the absence of light.  Light fills the void of the dark. The gospel, which is the light of the world embodied and made visible in Christ, is what fills our lives and shines out from our lives. Today, we continue our series on Good Neighbour Church by studying what it means to be light in our world. We will learn that light can shine if it is intentionally given advantage. It can be hidden, eclipsed or otherwise concealed. Today, we are challenged to exercise our faith in Jesus by choosing to shine.
